This class is a fun, full body cardio and strength workout for mums where they can bring their children with them. Children can run around with mum in the large hall or play with some toys and balls. We also have our “Roll the Dice” game, where the toddlers get to tell mum what exercises to do by rolling our giant exercise dice. For any new mums, if possible we recommend our Restore the Core Class, however exercises will be tailors for mum depending on what stage of post partum recovery she is at. This is not a specific post partum class, however we recognise that some mums come with newborns and toddlers and will make modifications were necessary.

Our Mum and Toddler Fitness Class is an opportunity for mums to get a workout in without the need for a babysitter.

We use a large community hall for this class to give both mum and toddler plenty of space to run around. The toddlers are free to join in with mum, sit and watch or run around playing with the toys and balls. If your child has a favourite toy or something that will entertain them we encourage you to bring them.

All classes are children led. Mum is always free to attend to her child/children as often as she needs to. From experience about half of the children tend not to be overly happy in their first class, however, by the second class they know what to expect. By the 3rd and 4th class they are usually hurrying mum up to get started and copying most of the exercises.
